What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to shop on Valerious?

Yes, absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify and is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. All transaction details are fully encrypted and secure.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at awantraders907@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship across Australia to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (3–7 business days)
Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD (1–3 business days)
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 AUD.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, while Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items in their original condition. Due to strict Australian health and safety regulations, dietary supplements must be strictly unopened with all safety seals intact.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days at awantraders907@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
